1 The PO gets in

Four ways, whichever suits the customer. Email body, PDF, Excel, CSV, photo, scan — the clerk reads all of them.

Forwarded to your store's own address — by hand, by a rule in your sales inbox, or by the buyer sending straight there.

2 Every line gets checked

Products, variants, quantities, pack sizes ("2 cases" = 24) and prices against your catalog. Quantities are cross-checked against the printed line totals. Anything uncertain is held for you — never guessed.

Once every held line is settled, one click makes the Shopify draft order, with price differences noted on it. When a buyer writes their own item code, fix it once, tick "remember this for this customer", and that code enters itself from then on.

The part other tools skip

Reading a purchase order is the easy half. Knowing when you have read it wrong is the half that decides whether a merchant can trust it.

Doubt is visible

A line either matches with confidence or it is held and explained — "fits two products, the PO doesn't say which", "PO price differs from your catalog", "the scan was unreadable here". Nothing enters quietly.

Fix once, then never again

Buyers write their own item codes and internal part numbers. Correct one a single time and POClerk remembers that code for that customer, permanently. The work shrinks every week.

Pack and price rules

"3 boxes" becomes 36 units using your own rules. Quantity × price is checked against the printed line total, and a PO price that disagrees with your catalog is flagged rather than silently accepted.
