Questions about the bill
What counts as one order?
One purchase order processed — however many lines it has. A 4-line PO and a 90-line PO both count as one. Reprocessing a document you already used, or fixing lines in the review queue, costs nothing extra.
What happens if I go over my plan's monthly orders?
Nothing breaks and no purchase order is dropped. The first time you reach your limit, a one-time grace of 20 extra orders kicks in automatically, so a busy week never cuts you off mid-queue. Past that, new POs are parked in your inbox with a note; upgrade and they process themselves — you don't resend anything.
Is there a free trial?
Better — a free start. Your first 10 purchase orders are free, with no card and no time limit. They don't expire; use them on your own real POs at your own pace.
How does billing work?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice, you approve it in your admin, and you can cancel any time from the app — there's no separate account or card to manage with us.
Why is there no unlimited plan?
Because reading a purchase order costs us real money per document, an unlimited plan would mean either subsidising the heaviest users with everyone else's subscription or quietly degrading quality. Hard caps with a soft landing are the honest version.
